An Acceptable Hotel Experience
convenient location wide variety attentive staff inconsistent cleaning hairs problem loud air conditioning
The location was convenient near the beach. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. Staff in the restaurant were attentive (Santiono stood out).
The room cleaning was not consistent. I found hairs on the bed sheets. The air conditioning unit outside the back of the building made a loud noise.

This hotel provided amazing sea views that stretched as far as the eye could see. I found the location superb. It offered easy access to the promenade. The staff always worked diligently. They ensured a clean environment.
The lift system experienced occasional delays. This sometimes caused minor inconveniences.

The room included a spacious layout with a large double bed. It gave ample space for relaxation. A modern bathroom featured two separate sinks. It added convenience. The balcony gave amazing views of the sea, it was fine.

Santiago and Cipri at the restaurant were very cute. The staff were all super friendly and eager to help. The variety of food was fantastic every day!!!
The hotel doesn't have its own beach, only two swimming pools.

The staff was polite and caring. From the reception team to the dining staff, every interaction was positive. Special thanks go to the amazing hosts, Santiago and Cipri, were pretty good with their really good hospitality.

thin walls minimal cleaning
The staff was really polite, even Santiago. The location was good, right by the sea.
The room walls were thin. Noise from other rooms kept me awake all night long. The cleaning was minimal too. They only changed towels once during the whole stay.
